Habit Building Tip

Welcome back, friends!

When I teach meditation to individuals or groups, one of the things I touch on is how to create a daily habit.  Not surprisingly, one big obstacle to daily meditation is the obligations of life getting in the way.  This is one of the reasons I'm a big fan of meditating first thing in the morning.

I realize that may not be your preferred choice, but I'd like to invite you to give it a try if you haven't already.  The beauty of meditating first thing in the morning is that you get to do it before all the demands of the day get in the way.
