Get psyched, friends, because I've got a NEW 5 minute practice for you today! So far, we've been using the breath as the object of our awareness. Today, I'm introducing a new anchor: the body.
Because these meditations are brief, I'm inviting you to focus on just one body part for these five minutes. Don't put pressure on yourself to pick the "perfect" part. You'll have plenty of opportunities to try this at different times, so try to bring a sense of playfulness to these practices.
Also, if you got attached to the breath practice, know that it will be back! I plan to give you a few days to get used to each of the 5 minute practices, and then we'll rotate through them more frequently.
