Greetings, meditator friends!
I've got a 5 minute practice for you today that has a new anchor for your attention: sounds.
This is one of my favorites, particularly when I'm doing an extra practice at work or out in the world. It's amazing how many sounds are around us once we take a moment to listen.
As with all of the practices, I invite you to continue to bring a quality of lightness to these five minutes. Let go of any expectations about how you think it will be or should be, and instead just allow and observe how things ARE.
