DAY 9

Checking in & What's coming

Greetings, meditator friends!

Welcome to Day 9, where we are on the cusp of some new elements of the challenge!  Today is the final day of the introductory series, where I gave you three days to become familiar with the three, 5 Minute practices (three days of Breath, three of Body, and three of Sound). 

Starting tomorrow, we will be cycling through these same practices, but will switch it up every day.  My hope is that this will keep things fresh for you for the next week or so.  

Please know that if one particular practice is really working for you, you can always go back to the previous days of the challenge.  You could bookmark the page in your browser, and you may have noticed in the sound file bar that you can download the audio (doesn't work on iPhones, though, which is a bummer).

Lastly, I will be offering a chance for a "reward" for sticking with this challenge so far, so be sure to look for that tomorrow!!!
