Mindfulness tip

Greetings, meditator friends!

We're almost half-way through this challenge and I expect you may be noticing some changes in yourself and how you interact with the world.  

Even if you haven't been meditating every day, receiving the 30 Day Challenge emails is a reminder of your interest in bringing mindfulness into your daily life.   This plants a "seed" in your mind to be aware and present, and one of the ways this can manifest is in your interaction with others.

Have you noticed that you are more fully present with your family, friends, colleagues, and/or students?  If so, what changes have you observed?  If not, consider what that might look like and perhaps set an intention to be more present with the people in your life.  

As with all the suggestions I propose, please bring a quality of lightness and play to this intention.  The idea is not to put pressure on you or give you another thing to do.  Instead, it is to invite you to allow an already existing, inherent quality to shine through.
