Habit Building Tip
Greetings, meditator friends!
Today is the half-way mark for our 30 Day Challenge and this is a perfect time to reflect on how this challenge has been for you thus far.
As a way to facilitate this reflection, here are a few questions you may want to consider:
Why did you originally sign up for this challenge? What need were you trying to address? What outcome did you envision?
How has this process been for you? What came easily? What was difficult? How has this changed?
Why are you still here? (Which is impressive, by the way.)
Your answers to these questions may come easily and they may emerge more gradually. There is no need to force it, and know that your responses may change from day to day.
Reflection exercises like this help to clarify our intention, which reinforces our choice and (hopefully) strengthens our motivation to continue.
