Learn to Meditate Video Course from teaching balance:  Session 6 of 7

We're in the home stretch of this video course, and I thought I would share a practice with you that focuses your attention more outwardly than inwardly.  I didn't learn this week's practice, Touch, Sight, Sound, until the past year or so.  I like this one quite a bit, and as I mention in the video, this is a great practice to take out into the world while you are walking, running, or just hanging out.  

Whether you do the Touch, Sight, Sound practice sitting or out in the world, I suggest doing it a few times before our final, Session 7.     Enjoy!
