Greetings, friends, and welcome to the first day of the 21 Day Meditation Challenge!
I'd like to congratulate you on making the choice to prioritize your self-care by integrating mindfulness meditation into your life. Throughout this challenge, you will come to think of yourself as a meditator, which will positively reinforce your desire to "sit" every day.
With this in mind, I want to invite you to bring an attitude of lightness to this challenge. If you miss a day, don't beat yourself up about it. Just get right back to it the next day, and remember to think of meditating as something you want to do because of all the ways it supports you, not as something you "should" do.
