new practice

Greetings, meditator friends!

There is ONE WEEK left in the challenge and I'm upping the ante!

You may have noticed that I have included two audio practices here today -- one 10 minute practice and one 5 minute practice! 

While some of you are accustomed to meditating for 10 minutes or more, many of you may not be.  For the remainder of the challenge, I will give you two options.  

I invite you to try the 10 minute practice whenever you have the time, but I will continue to include the 5 minute practice because that might be where you want to stay right now, and that is totally okay!  

Enjoy, and let's make this final week of the challenge a great one!!!!!!!!!!
