Habit Building Tip
Greetings, meditator friends!
I have a feeling that many of you may have missed at least one day of meditation practice over the course of this challenge so far. If you are one of those people, I want you to know that it is OKAY.
If you haven't missed a day, please email me and let me know so I may shower you with positive reinforcement!!!
Whether it's a break in your routine or some other reason, missing a day is not a big deal. The important thing is to get right back into it the next day and try to not miss twice in a row.
As today's unattributed quote indicates, stumbling along the way is reasonable, but doesn't meant the journey has to end.
It is my deep intention that this challenge has helped you to be more mindful, self-aware, self-compassionate, and happier.
As a way to help you keep going, I will henceforth include ALL the audio meditations so you can do whatever practice you prefer.
