Habit Building Tip

Greetings, meditator friends!

There are four more days in our journey together, and you began this with the single step of signing up for this challenge.  

I commend you for that initial action, as well as for continuing to stay on the path and make it to this point!  Integrating new habits into our lives, however beneficial, is no easy task. 

It is my sincere wish that the daily emails, daily practices, as well as daily habit building and mindfulness tips have supported you this month.

I would also like to invite you to continue this journey with me so I may continue to support you as part of our Mindfulness Membership community. 

The emails are weekly instead of daily, the practices I send are video instead of audio, and there are additional support materials I would love for you to take a look at.
