While typically associated with romantic love, this month I’d like to invite you to make February your month for SELF-LOVE.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the kindness and compassion that we readily offer others, but which we often deny ourselves.

This month, I would like you to consider making an effort to be more gentle with yourself and soften your heart to your own needs. Loosen your attachment to some idealized version of yourself. Like the rest of us, you’re perfectly imperfect and YOU’RE DOING THE BEST THAT YOU CAN.
