Today we will ease in with two short practices:  60 Seconds of Presence (aka a Mindful Minute), as well as a 5 Minute Mini-Meditation.   I suggest practicing the 5 minute meditation for a couple of days before Session 2, but if you feel you're ready, go ahead to the next one.   Enjoy!
